What you’ll need
Indian lemons 2
mint leaves
fresh ginger a little
sugar syrup 1 shot
passion fruit puree 2 shots
sailor jerry’s spiced rum 2 shots
crushed ice
passion fruit wedges to serve
What to do
Combine the lemons, mint, ginger and sugar syrup in a glass. Muddle together to extract the flavours.
Add the passionfruit puree and rum, then top up with crushed ice. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with mint and a wedge of passion fruit.
