Make the best kind of new-year resolutions with a day of inspiring, healthy recipes and top tips for nutritious eating at Raymond’s award-winning restaurant, hotel and cookery school.

Start the day by enjoying a superpower breakfast smoothie and meeting the team and head nutritionist Natalia Traxel, before learning from the pros in two morning masterclasses.

Let Natalia break down the complexities of nutrition and inspire you to eat and cook with a healthy diet in mind, giving your body the best chance of working to its optimum. (Especially useful for those with lactose or gluten intolerances). Then, the Raymond Blanc Cookery School will help you discover ingredients that are as flavourful as they are good for you, as well as techniques that can boost the nutritional value of your food.

To finish, it’s healthy, seasonal lunch in the Michelin-starred private dining restaurant with your fellow olive readers, and myself, to talk all things food. Sounds good, right?

PRICE: The day costs £195 per person and each guest will receive a goody bag. The event is restricted to 50 guests. You will be seated with fellow olive readers and olive editor, Laura Rowe.

ABOUT BELMOND LE MANOIR: Belmond Le Manoir, once a 15th-century Chiltern manor house in the Oxfordshire village of Great Milton, is now a 32-room hotel and restaurant. Since opening in 1984, it has achieved the highest of awards and accolades, and is one of the few restaurants in the world to retain two Michelin stars for 30 years. The menus constantly evolve with the seasons as Raymond and his team search for the finest ingredients. The two-acre kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetables and more than 70 varieties of herbs, used in the kitchen.
