Turmeric and mango lassi

Ingredients
- 300g full-fat natural yogurt
- a handful ice cubes
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 3 tsp organic ground turmeric
- ½ mango, stoned and diced
- a pinch ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- peeled and grated to make 1 tbsp ginger
- to serve cardamom or bee pollen or chia seeds or ground spices
Method
- STEP 1
Tip everything into a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Pour into glasses, and top with a sprinkling of bee pollen, chia seeds or a pinch of cinnamon or ground cardamom seeds if you like.
