Salami pizza with garlic greens and taleggio

Ingredients
- 150g ciabatta bread mix
- olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 75g kale, thick stalks discarded
- for dusting plain flour
- 2 tbsp mascarpone
- 100g taleggio, sliced
- 1 pack (about 90g) salami
Method
- STEP 1
Make up the ciabatta bread mix following pack instructions, adding 1/2 tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp salt. Cover and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- STEP 2
Meanwhile, fry the onion and garlic gently in 1 tbsp oil. Roughly chop the kale, then stir into the onion with a splash of water and cook until the kale is wilted and the water has evaporated.
- STEP 3
Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Roll the dough out on a floured surface. Lift onto a baking sheet dusted with a little flour. Spread the mascarpone over the dough.
- STEP 4
Spoon over the kale mixture, then scatter with the taleggio and finish with the salami. Season and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pizza base is crisp.
