Ingredients

  • 750g sprouts, trimmed
  • 70g bacon lardons or cubetti de pancetta
  • butter
  • 25g walnut halves, roughly chopped

Method

  • STEP 1

    Steam the sprouts until tender but still bright green, about 5 minutes. Fry the lardons in a non-stick pan until crisp and golden, about 3 minutes.
    Add a small knob of butter and the walnuts and stir for a couple of minutes. Toss with the sprouts and serve.
