Duck salad

Try this delicious duck salad with spring onions and hoisin sauce; so simple to put together and it tastes great. Fancy a glass of wine to go alongside it? We recommend a Pinot Noir with notes of black cherry.

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook a sainsbury’s half crispy aromatic duck (£9/550g) following the packet instructions.

    Cover a packet of rice noodles (£1.40/300g) in some boiling water and drain. Put the noodles on a platter and top with pieces of shredded duck.

    Add sliced spring onions (75p/100g) and some thinly sliced carrot batons (£1/400g).

    Drizzle over a little of the hoisin sauce before serving.
