Penne with gorgonzola, walnuts and spinach

Ingredients
- 150g penne
- 100g spinach, roughly chopped
- 100g gorgonzola, crumbled
- 4 tbsp single or cream
- a handful walnut or halves, toasted and roughly chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Cook the penne following the pack instructions. Put the spinach in a colander and pour the pasta and cooking water over to wilt the spinach. Leave to drain.
- STEP 2
Mix the cheese, cream and walnuts with salt and lots of pepper then stir through the hot pasta and spinach.
