Ingredients

  • 25g butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 300g greens, shredded
  • a splash white wine
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 100ml light chicken stock

Method

  • STEP 1

    Heat the butter in a large, deep frying pan, then add the onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, but not coloured. Add the greens and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the white wine. Simmer for 1 minute.

  • STEP 2

    Tip in the peas and pour in the chicken stock. Season then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the greens are wilted and just tender.
