Ingredients

  • orange 1
  • mint 1 small bunch, chopped
  • chickpeas 400g tin, rinsed and drained
  • parsley 1 small bunch, chopped
  • feta 100g, broken into chunks
  • olive oil or orange or cider vinegar

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut the peel and pith off the orange with a sharp knife, then finely slice across the orange. Toss everything together and season well.
