Garlic greens and ricotta pizza

Using a ciabatta bread mix makes this recipe time efficient, healthy and totally delicious. Only consisting of five ingredients this tempting treat takes 20 minutes to prep but no time to eat!

Ingredients

  • ciabatta bread mix 300g
  • ricotta 6 tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove, crushed
  • parmesan or vegetarian alternative 50g, grated
  • baby leaf greens 200g, shredded
  • olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Make up the bread mix following the pack instructions, then roll out the dough to make a large pizza base. Put on a heavy baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    Beat the ricotta to soften it, then beat in half the garlic, all of the cheese and lots of seasoning. Spread over the pizza base leaving a small border.

  • Step 3

    Briefly fry the greens in 2 tbsp olive oil and the rest of the garlic, season then arrange over the base. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the base is puffed and golden and the greens are slightly charred.

Additional Information

To serve drizzle with olive oil
