Ingredients
- 6 lime, juiced
- 2–5 serrano chillies or green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp palm or demerara sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 250g skinless sea bass fillet, finely diced
- small handful coriander, chopped
- tortilla chips
Method
- STEP 1
Mix the lime juice with the chillies, garlic, palm sugar and fish sauce. Season. divide the sea bass between 6 small glasses. Chill until you are ready to eat then top with the lime and chilli mix, add some fresh coriander and serve with tortilla chips.
