Spaghetti with tuna, capers and chilli

Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
- 2 small bunches flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 × 185g tins in spring water tuna, drained
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Method
- STEP 1
Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta then toss everything together, season and serve.
