Ingredients

  • 200g linguine or spaghetti
  • 100-150g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 4 handfuls watercress, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 2 tbsp half-fat crème fraîche

Method

  • STEP 1

    Cook the linguine following the packet instructions. Drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss together and season heavily with black pepper.
