Lemon and black pepper prawns with orzo

Ingredients
- 1 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
- ½ small bunch dill, roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 150g raw peeled prawns
- olive oil
- 100g orzo
- a handful rocket, to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Mix the black pepper, half the dill, lemon zest and half the lemon juice with 2 tsp oil. Pour the dressing over the prawns. Cook the orzo. Fry the prawns for 2 minutes until they are pink and cooked through. Drain the orzo and add the remaining lemon juice and dill, then stir the prawns in with the pan juices and season. Scatter with rocket leaves to serve.
