za’atar 2 tsp (find it in the spice section at supermarkets,
or use cumin seeds)
natural yoghurt to serve
Put the flatbreads on two large baking sheets and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle over the za’atar then bake for 5-7 minutes in a 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 oven until warmed through. Serve with a bowl of yoghurt.
