Sesame-chocolate toast with sea salt

Ingredients
- 1 small baguette, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil , plus a drizzle more
- 2 tsp tahini
- about 100g 70% dark chocolate, snapped into chunks
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Space the baguette slices out on baking sheets.
- STEP 2
Mix the olive oil with the tahini and brush over both sides of the bread. Bake for 3-5 minutes until crisp and golden, then flip and finish the other side for a couple of minutes.
- STEP 3
Sit squares of chocolate on the toasts and put back into the oven for a minute to melt. Sprinkle with sea salt, a few sesame seeds and a splash more olive oil to serve.
