15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml 
 Liquid Polygamy syrup
  • 
50ml Beefeater gin
  • to serve maraschino cherry

LIQUID POLYGAMY SYRUP

  • 4 plums
  • 350ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml plum bitters

Method

  • STEP 1

    Whizz the ingredients for the syrup together in a blender. Shake all the ingredients with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass and drop a cherry in.
