  • Ron Zacapa 23 40ml
  • Aperol 20ml
  • Grand Marnier 15ml
  • Liqueur or 43 15ml
  • Mozart chocolate bitters 2 dashes
  • orange rind to serve
  • Rococo chocolate ball to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Step 1

    Put all of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir to mix and dilute, before pouring into a rocks glass over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange zest, and finish with the luxury Rococo chocolate ball, available from alexanderandjames.com
