Ingredients

  • 50ml Rock Rose gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of your favourite jam
  • 20ml egg white
  • to serve orange or lemon zest

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake very hard to create a fluffy, silky texture.

  • STEP 2

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with either orange or lemon zest.
