Ingredients

  • hot cooking chorizos
  • 1 clove  garlic
  • 250ml red wine
  • 1 bay leaf

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the whole chorizos in a small pan, turn on the heat and cook them for a couple of minutes until they start to release some fat, then add the garlic, red wine and the bay leaf, cover, and cook on a low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat, slice and serve in the liquid left from cooking the chorizo.
