On Friday 30 September Dominique Ansel will open his first London bakery, giving Londoners a taste of the world famous Cronut®. Dominique is also treating Brits to exclusive pastries and creations inspired by British classics. Queue up to try Banoffee Paella (an upside-down banoffee pie made in a paella pan), Welsh rarebit croissant using Guiness Worcestershire cheddar béchamel, and a Korean lunchbox-inspired eton mess treat with mousse and jam strawberries, mini meringues, fresh basil and fromage blanc.
