Sweet Thai basil smash cocktail

Ingredients
- 40ml (Rosa’s uses Portobello Road gin infused with a pinch of saffron) gin
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 15ml Mandarin Napoleon liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- egg white
- a few leaves Thai basil
- ice
Method
- STEP 1
For each cocktail, muddle everything together in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake really well and strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
- STEP 2
Add extra basil and a slice of lemon to serve.
