Ingredients

  • 9 blueberries
  • 25ml pear purée
  • 150ml fresh apple juice
  • 10ml l or ime juice
  • a pinch ground pepper
  • 50ml Ketel One vodka
  •  a few slices apple
  • a sprig mint

Method

  • STEP 1

    Muddle 6 blueberries in a mixing glass, then fill with ice and add the other ingredients. Stir, then strain into a tall glass fled with ice. Garnish with the blueberries, apple and mint and serve.
