Kombucha mule

Raw, fermented tea may not sound particularly appealing, but that’s exactly what kombucha is and it works really well in cocktails like this easy kombucha mule

Ingredients

  • ginger 1 slice, peeled
  • vodka 35ml
  • lime 1 wedge, plus slices to serve
  • kombucha to top up
  • mint 1 sprig

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the ginger into a boston glass and bruise lightly with a muddler. Pour in the vodka, squeeze in the juice from 1 lime wedge, fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a mule glass filled with fresh ice, top up with kombucha, and serve with a slice of lime and sprig of mint.
